  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add chicken thighs. Cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
