Description
Ahi tuna dish inspired by Ruth’s Chris steakhouse.
Ingrédients

- 2 Ahi tuna steaks (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Marinate the tuna in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side for rare.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides while cooking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice and serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
- Serve with a fresh salad or rice.
- Pair with a light soy sauce for dipping.
