- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the greens and chopped vegetables.
- Add feta cheese and olives on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
