- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Toss the salad gently to mix the ingredients.
- Add the feta cheese and olives.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss again.
- Serve immediately.
