Ingrédients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the remaining butter and minced garlic.
  6. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Add lemon juice and stir to combine.
  8. Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
  9. Cook for an additional minute.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
