Description
A delicious salmon dish topped with a garlic lemon butter sauce.
Ingrédients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining butter and minced garlic.
- Sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
- Cook for an additional minute.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
