Ingrédients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked salmon.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
