Grilled salmon topped with fresh mango salsa.
Ingrédients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine mangoes, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Remove salmon from the grill and top with mango salsa before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding jalapeño to the salsa.
- Serve with rice or a green salad.
