Ingrédients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine mangoes, bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place salmon on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
