Ingrédients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until it turns amber in color.
- Stir in butter and mix until melted.
- Slowly add heavy cream while stirring.
- Remove from heat and add sea salt and vanilla extract.
- Pour the caramel into a parchment-lined dish and let it cool.
- Once cooled, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip each caramel piece.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.

- Can be refrigerated for longer shelf life.
