Ingrédients

  • 2 links Italian sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Add sliced peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with the sausage and pepper mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.

  • Use any type of pasta you prefer.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables.
