A hearty dish combining sausage, bell peppers, and pasta.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 links Italian sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Add sliced peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sausage and pepper mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use any type of pasta you prefer.
- Feel free to add more vegetables.
- Top with grated cheese if desired.
