Sausage balls made with Bisquick are a tasty snack or appetizer. They are easy to prepare and great for parties.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick, cheese, milk, and garlic powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- You can substitute cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese.
- These can be frozen before baking for later use.
