Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.

- Mix sausage meat with mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of sausage mixture on each rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
