Description

Sausage stuffed mushrooms are a savory appetizer filled with a flavorful sausage mixture.


Ingrédients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
  3. In a skillet, cook the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until soft.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the sausage mixture.
  6. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
