- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
