- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cups apple juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard.
- Rub the mixture over the ham.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour apple juice around it.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize.
