Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Rub the mixture over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour apple juice around it.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize.
