Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, chilled and diced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in water until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- In a pan, sauté onion and vegetables until tender.
- Place filling on half of each circle.
- Fold dough over and seal edges.
- Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Use your favorite vegetables for filling.
- Can add cheese for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
