- 500g beef, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Add minced beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in diced bell pepper and canned tomatoes.
- Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
