Description
A rich and creamy seafood lasagna layered with a blend of cheeses.
Ingrédients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups scallops
- 2 cups crab meat
- 4 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, scallops, and crab meat to the pan. Cook until the seafood is opaque.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of the cheese mixture in a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the cheese mixture.
- Add half of the seafood mixture over the noodles.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of noodles and cheese mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with garlic bread and salad.
