A rich and creamy seafood lasagna layered with a blend of cheeses.


Ingrédients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups scallops
  • 2 cups crab meat
  • 4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, scallops, and crab meat to the pan. Cook until the seafood is opaque.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the cheese mixture.
  7. Add half of the seafood mixture over the noodles.
  8. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of noodles and cheese mixture on top.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with garlic bread and salad.
