- 1 lb mussels, cleaned
- 2 cups white wine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add shrimp and scallops, cooking until shrimp turns pink.
- Add mussels and cover the pan.
- Cook until mussels open, about 5 minutes.
