Description
A traditional Italian feast featuring seven different types of fish served on Christmas Eve.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb Baccalà (salted cod)
- 1 lb Calamari (squid)
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 lb Clams
- 1 lb Mussels
- 1 lb Scallops
- 1 lb Anchovies
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 2 cups Tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Soak the salted cod in water for 24 hours, changing the water frequently.
- Clean and prepare calamari, shrimp, clams, mussels, and scallops.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the baccalà and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add calamari, shrimp, clams, mussels, and scallops to the pot.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve with crusty bread.
- Pair with a light white wine.
