Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, diced onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Grease a sheet pan with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour the mixture into the sheet pan.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
