- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a sheet pan and brush with the glaze.
- Add mixed vegetables around the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
