Description

A simple and healthy sheet pan meal with salmon and mixed vegetables.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the vegetables on the sheet pan.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables.
  6. Top with lemon slices.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  8. Serve immediately.
