A simple and healthy sheet pan meal with salmon and mixed vegetables.
Ingrédients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetables on the sheet pan.
- Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
