Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and stir well.
- Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet.
- Fill each taco shell with beef, beans, corn, tomatoes, and onions.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each taco.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with sour cream.
