Description
A complete Thanksgiving dinner made on a single sheet pan.
Ingrédients

- 1 whole turkey breast (4–5 lbs)
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 lb carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey breast in the center of the sheet pan.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes, carrots, and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the vegetables around the turkey on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve.
Notes
- You can substitute vegetables based on your preference.
- Ensure even cooking by cutting vegetables into similar sizes.
