Ingrédients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 lb carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey breast in the center of the sheet pan.
  4. In a bowl, toss the potatoes, carrots, and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange the vegetables around the turkey on the sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve.
