Ingrédients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. In serving bowls, layer diced avocado and shrimp. Top with mango salsa.
