A delicious shrimp and garlic pasta dish that is quick and easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet. Cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for better flavor.
- You can substitute white wine with chicken broth.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
