Description

A delicious combination of shrimp and steak in a flavorful fried rice dish.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 100g steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and steak, cook until shrimp turns pink and steak is browned.
  3. Push the shrimp and steak to one side of the pan.
  4. Crack the egg into the pan and scramble it.
  5. Add cooked rice and mixed vegetables to the pan.
  6. Pour soy sauce over the rice and stir everything together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Use day-old rice for better texture.
  • Substitute shrimp or steak with chicken or tofu if desired.
  • Adjust soy sauce according to taste.
