Description
A delicious combination of shrimp and steak in a flavorful fried rice dish.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 100g steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and steak, cook until shrimp turns pink and steak is browned.
- Push the shrimp and steak to one side of the pan.
- Crack the egg into the pan and scramble it.
- Add cooked rice and mixed vegetables to the pan.
- Pour soy sauce over the rice and stir everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- Substitute shrimp or steak with chicken or tofu if desired.
- Adjust soy sauce according to taste.
