Ingrédients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Add cooked rice and chicken broth. Mix well.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
