Ingrédients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and cooked noodles, mix well.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
