A delicious shrimp scampi lasagna layered with pasta, shrimp, and a creamy garlic sauce.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta, shrimp mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for better flavor.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
