Description

A delicious shrimp scampi lasagna layered with pasta, shrimp, and a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingrédients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta, shrimp mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  8. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
