Description

Ingrédients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 ounces pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Add cooked pasta and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
