Delicious side dishes for Thanksgiving dinner.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup diced potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and add green beans and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add corn and potatoes, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drain vegetables and transfer to a baking dish.
- Melt butter and mix in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onions.
- Pour mixture over vegetables and toss to coat.
- Bake for 25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can substitute fresh vegetables with frozen.
- Great for meal prep.
