  • 1 cup diced potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil water and add green beans and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add corn and potatoes, cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Drain vegetables and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Melt butter and mix in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onions.
  6. Pour mixture over vegetables and toss to coat.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until vegetables are tender.
