- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine sliced zucchini, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the zucchini mixture on a baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the zucchini.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve warm.
