Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease and line a cake tin.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold in mixed dried fruits and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
