  • Butter – 1 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Stuff the turkey with stuffing and place it in a roasting pan.
  4. Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours or until fully cooked.
  5. While the turkey cooks, wash and trim the green beans.
  6. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, salt, and pepper.
  7. Heat the cranberry sauce in a saucepan.
  8. Serve the turkey with sides: green beans, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce.
  9. Slice the pumpkin pie and serve for dessert.
