Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, flour, milk, egg, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the skillet.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
