Ingrédients

  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add sliced onions to the skillet and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and cover.
  8. Cook for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
