- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Brown the patties in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine beef broth, mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the patties in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Stir the slurry into the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
