Slow cooker shredded beef sandwiches are a hearty and flavorful meal. Perfect for gatherings or a simple family dinner.

- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 sandwich rolls
- Optional: sliced cheese and pickles
Instructions
- Place the sliced onion and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the beef roast with salt and pepper, then place it on top of the onions.
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Pour this mixture over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the juices.
- Serve the shredded beef on sandwich rolls. Add cheese and pickles if desired.
Notes
- You can add your favorite BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This recipe can be doubled for larger gatherings.
