- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 ears corn, cut into halves
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Place the potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Add the corn, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over the vegetables.
- Pour in the water and squeeze the lemon halves into the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
