Description
A simple and flavorful slow cooker southern shrimp boil.
Ingrédients

- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Add corn and sausage on top of the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Pour over the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Add shrimp during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
