Description

A simple and flavorful slow cooker southern shrimp boil.


Ingrédients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. Add corn and sausage on top of the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Pour over the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  6. Add shrimp during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
