- 2 pounds beef round steak, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Place the beef in the slow cooker.
- Add the onion and bell pepper on top of the beef.
- Pour the diced tomatoes and beef broth over the ingredients.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Serve hot with rice or mashed potatoes.
