Description
A hearty slow cooker Tex Mex taco soup with rich flavors.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Add chopped onions and bell peppers to the skillet.
- Transfer the beef and veggies to the slow cooker.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve hot, topped with cheese and sour cream.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Serve with tortilla chips for added crunch.
