Smashburger quesadillas are a delicious twist on traditional quesadillas, featuring seasoned beef, cheese, and crispy tortillas.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and taco seasoning, cooking until browned.
- Remove beef from heat and set aside.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and layer with cheese and beef.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and cut into wedges.
- Serve with optional toppings.
