Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender.
- Drain and let cool slightly.
- Smash the potatoes gently with a fork.

- Add smashed potatoes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the pan.
- Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in another pan.
- Fill each tortilla with smashed potatoes and toppings.
- Serve with avocado slices and cilantro on top.
