Description
A tasty twist on classic deviled eggs with smoked salmon.
Ingrédients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and cool them in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add smoked salmon, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For a stronger flavor, add more smoked salmon.
- Serve chilled for best taste.
