A tasty twist on classic deviled eggs with smoked salmon.


Ingrédients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and cool them in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add smoked salmon, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives.

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  • For a stronger flavor, add more smoked salmon.
  • Serve chilled for best taste.
