Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.
- Add diced potatoes, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot.
