Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place Brussels sprouts in the smoker for 1 hour.
  4. Mix sweet potatoes with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Smoke sweet potatoes for 45 minutes.
  6. Wrap corn in foil and smoke for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve all smoked sides together.
