Delicious smoked side dishes for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups of Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups of sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups of corn on the cob
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place Brussels sprouts in the smoker for 1 hour.
- Mix sweet potatoes with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Smoke sweet potatoes for 45 minutes.
- Wrap corn in foil and smoke for 30 minutes.
- Serve all smoked sides together.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Experiment with different woods for smoking.
