A delicious s’mores loaf cake that combines the flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers.

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This cake can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Try adding a chocolate glaze on top for extra sweetness.
