Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brown the chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until soft.
  6. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the chicken back to the skillet and cover, cooking for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove chicken again and stir in heavy cream.
  9. Return chicken to the skillet, simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Serve over cooked rice.
